Payment: For payment of online orders, we accept MasterCard, Visa, and money orders. We do not accept PayPal. Orders paid for by money order will be shipped after we receive your payment. Also, for money order payments, you will need to contact us to get a total that includes shipping & handling charges and sales tax (if applicable). We do not issue credit terms. We do not issue backorders. Out of stock items will need to be reordered by the customer on a future order.
Texas Customers will be charged sales tax of 6.75% unless you provide us with a completed and signed copy of the Texas Resale Certificate (Form 01-339). Out of state orders are not subject to sales tax.
Shipping: Orders are shipped by UPS Ground. Please contact us if you are interested in expedited shipping as the additional charges by UPS can often be quite high. While we make every attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible, please expect a 1-2 day in-house time before your order is shipped. Online orders will have shipping & handling charges, as well as sales tax (if applicable) added to the total before processing. We will not know how much your shipping charges will be until after the order has been packed up and weighed. We do not ship COD. We do not ship outside the United States, this includes Puerto Rico. We must be notified of damaged or incorrect orders within 7 days of receipt. Product returns must be pre-approved by Starrville Soap & Candle Supplies and must be unused and in sellable condition. Returned items or refused packages will be subject to all shipping charges as well as a 15% restocking fee.
We do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges on any fragrance or essential oils. No exceptions! |
